Step 1

Skin Analysis

Every facial at The Face Lab begins with a professional skin analysis to ensure your treatment is tailored specifically to your skin’s unique needs.

During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin type, hydration levels, oil production, texture, pore size, and overall skin health.

We’ll identify any concerns such as acne, congestion, sensitivity, pigmentation, redness, fine lines, or signs of ageing, while discussing your current skincare routine, lifestyle, and any medical considerations that may affect your treatment.

Step 2

Double Cleanse

A double-cleanse with Kaeso calming cleaner to lift makeup and sebum.

Upon the second cleanse, a gentle warm, steam will be started.

Step 3

Tone

Following cleansing and exfoliation, a Kaeso calming toner is applied to refresh and rebalance the skin while removing any remaining impurities.

Warm steam is also applied at this stage to help soften the skin and loosen congestion within the pores, making it easier to remove blackheads and impurities during the extraction stage.

Step 4

Dermaplaning or Exfoliation

Next, our Dermaplaning treatment uses nourishing jojoba oil to provide a smooth, comfortable glide while gently removing dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (peach fuzz).

This acts as an exfoliator, but if you would prefer not to have a dermaplane, we can replace this with a Kaeso Hydrating Exfoliation treatment, which is also accompanied by steam.

Step 5

Extractions

Where needed, gentle extractions are performed to safely remove blackheads, clogged pores and built-up impurities. This helps to reduce congestion, refine the appearance of pores and promote a clearer, healthier-looking complexion.

Performed with care and precision, extractions minimise unnecessary trauma to the skin and are always tailored to your skin’s condition to ensure maximum comfort and the best possible results.

Step 6

Plumping Collagen Mask + décolleté massage

Now to relax with our Plumping Collagen Mask and soothing décolleté massage.

The collagen-rich mask helps deeply hydrate, plump and revitalise the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines while leaving your complexion feeling soft, smooth and radiant.

As the mask works its magic, enjoy a massage of the décolleté with Kaeso mature boost oil. This luxurious combination enhances your facial experience, leaving both your skin and mind feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and beautifully nourished.

Red LED Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy is a relaxing, non-invasive treatment that helps rejuvenate the skin by stimulating natural collagen and elastin production.

Using clinically recognised wavelengths of red LED light, it helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin firmness and elasticity, and promote a smoother, more youthful-looking complexion.

As part of your anti-ageing facial, the gentle light penetrates the skin to support natural cell renewal and boost circulation, leaving your skin looking brighter, healthier and more radiant.

Hyaluronic Tightening Face & Neck Massage

Relax and rejuvenate with our Hyaluronic Tightening Neck & Face Massage, designed to leave your skin feeling firmer, smoother and deeply hydrated.

Using a hyaluronic acid-infused serums and Kaeso Anti-Ageing moisturiser, this luxurious massage helps replenish moisture, improve skin elasticity and visibly plump the appearance of fine lines.

Step 9

Anti-Ageing SPF

Every anti-ageing facial is finished with the application of SPF to protect your skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays. Following exfoliation and active skincare treatments, your skin can be more sensitive to sunlight, making daily sun protection an essential step in maintaining healthy skin.

Anti-ageing SPF moisturiser combines daily UV defence with active ingredients like peptides, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide to hydrate, firm, and prevent premature wrinkles

Step 10

Aftercare

All of our facials come with aftercare instructions and small sachets of collagen to apply on the evening of your facial and the next morning, ensuring your skin absorbs the products tailored to you whilst it is exfoliated and at its most absorbent.
