Dermaplaning

Where Silky Smooth Meets Deep Hydration

Dermaplaning is a safe, non-invasive facial treatment that gently removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (often called “peach fuzz”) using a sterile surgical blade.

This manual exfoliation instantly reveals smoother, brighter skin, helping your complexion look fresher and more radiant.

It also allows skincare products to absorb more effectively and creates a flawless base for makeup application.

Suitable for most skin types, dermaplaning can help soften the appearance of fine lines, improve uneven skin texture, and leave your skin feeling incredibly soft with no downtime.

Treatment Time – 30mins

Dermaplaning

A double cleanse is followed by a dermaplane treatment using jojoba oil, then followed by a soothing Hyaluronic Acid Mask & finished with a layer of SPF

FAQs

Is this Treatment Safe?

This treatment, when performed by a professionally trained provider, is extremely safe. There is no more risk to the skin than when a man shaves his face.

As long as the practitioner has adequate training, the treatment should be very easy and quick.

Will the hair grow back thicker?

This is a myth. It is physiologically impossible for your fine facial hairs to grow back thicker. If this were true – every time you shaved your legs or underarms – the hair would become thicker.

Hair thickness and structure have more to do with hormones and heredity than razors.

What skin types can be dermaplaned?

  • Normal skin – Maintains a smooth, radiant complexion.
  • Dry skin – Removes dry, flaky skin to reveal a softer, more hydrated appearance.
  • Oily skin – Eliminates the build-up of dead skin cells that can contribute to congestion.
  • Combination skin – Helps balance areas of dryness and excess oil.
  • Mature skin – Softens the appearance of fine lines and allows anti-ageing skincare to penetrate more effectively.
  • Dull or uneven skin – Instantly brightens the complexion and improves skin texture.
  • Mild acne scarring or pigmentation – Regular treatments can help create a smoother, more even-looking skin tone over time.

What skin types can NOT be dermaplaned?

Dermaplaning is usually not recommended for clients with:

  • Active inflamed acne or cystic acne
  • Open wounds or broken skin
  • Active eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treatment area
  • Sunburned skin
  • Certain skin infections (such as cold sores or impetigo)
  • Some skin conditions
  • Medications that make the skin very fragile (Acutane)

A consultation and skin analysis will always be carried out before treatment to ensure dermaplaning is safe and appropriate for your skin.
